ライトスチールヴィラは省エネ統合住宅の主要構成要素です（耐荷重部材を含む）。断熱システム、防湿システム、防火システムを一体化した建築システムとして構築しています。壁は冷間成形鋼構造システム、壁パネル（ケイ酸カルシウム板、グラスウールなど）で構成されています。

複合断熱板と外壁用乾式テラコッタパネルを採用し、断熱モルタルを壁内に流し込んでいます。安定性と耐震性に優れており、軽量構造はカラー屋根や「J」型屋根に対応可能で、複雑な屋根構造にも容易に利用できます。

What is your minimum quantity order?

We don’t have MOQ, one set is possible.

We always pre-production sample before mass production; And before shipping, we always final inspection and pre-assembled, and show you videos and pictures to check, until you are satisfied with all the details. And last but not least, we also offer 7-9 year quality warranty service for all our products.

Do you provide sample? Is it free or extra?

Yes, we can provide the samples. All the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.

What is your terms of payment?

30%-50% T/T for deposit, balance before shipping.
